My current processing time is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends).

Custom Orders may take more than above processing time depending on it’s complexity. 

We offer First Class shipping via DHL EXPRESS

Refund Policy

I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged or lost in the courier. Contact my email hello@wildbeeclay.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include pictures if the item has been damaged.
